Post number one.
It is October 26th, 2009. This is my virgin voyage here on blogspot. So.....why am I here? I am here to mark progress on my weight-loss journey. But I am a writer at heart SO I am sure there will be other topics I write about. The journey is born out of a desire to lose weight for my own well-being. It would make me happy to finally succeed at it. I decided to avoid any diet plan. I am going to keep it simple. I am going to create a plan that fits me. For now.....it is more about starting to walk than diet. So today I will walk.
